Replacements Only – No Refunds or Store Credit

At GadgetShelf.pk, we do not offer refunds, store credits, or money-back guarantees under any circumstances. We only provide replacements for the same product that was originally ordered.

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • You are responsible for returning the product to our address at your own expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you a replacement of the same product.

No Exchange or Change of Mind Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • Product not meeting personal preferences

Please ensure you review your order carefully before placing it.
