• Clearance items, discounted products, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.
• Must include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
• Must be returned in the original packaging (especially for boxed or electronic gadgets).
• The original invoice must be provided.
